REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
High proficiency in grade-level standards, benchmarks, and curriculum
Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-driven assessment, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving
A passion for working with students and families in under-served communities
Experience tracking and using data to drive instruction
Demonstrate organizational and technology skills
